The SWAN principle is a psychological tool developed by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati to better integrate the personality. Through developing awareness and examining our S.W.A.N. (Strengths, Weaknesses, Ambitions and Needs), we take an important step towards developing self-acceptance, self-knowledge, self-esteem and self-confidence.
In a friendly environment, where confidentiality is respected, participants discover and discuss the strengths, weaknesses, ambitions and needs within their personality, and begin to see and accept themselves and others as they are.
