These sessions will be progressive in sequence and each module will last 1 month.

Modern research into sleep has proven that even sleep rarely alleviates stress. True relaxation is an experience far beyond sleep. For absolute relaxation one must remain aware. Yoga Nidra of the Satyananda System of Yoga is a steady and systematic method of deep relaxation and inner transformation.

These sessions acquaint the practitioner with one of the core practices of Satyananda System of Yoga. It is a simple practice, in a supine lying position, suitable for every age and body type.
This practice has a profound transformative effect on all practitioners. A calm mind, according to yoga, is a dynamic mind full of energy, able to cope with the various activities of everyday life.
