These sessions acquaint the practitioner with one of the core practices of the Satyananda System of Yoga. It is a simple practice, in a supine lying position, suitable for every age and body type.
This practice has a profound transformative effect on all practitioners. A calm mind, according to yoga, is a dynamic mind full of energy, able to cope with the various vicissitudes of everyday life.
You may follow each session whenever your time schedule permits. Each session will have a different yoga nidra practice based on the Satyananda System of yoga, according to the needs of the participants.
