Bihar School of Yoga, Munger is honoured to present a project of Yoga Outreach for attaining physio-psychological health, mental & emotional happiness and harmony in the family & society for the year 2023.
In this current decade, our society is facing unprecedented challenges of the pandemic, economic instability, social insecurities, personal distress and severe climatic events such heatwaves, fires, drought and floods resulting in the devastation of urban, rural and natural ecosystems.
These factors have created social and personal isolation, increased individual insecurities and instability, thus detrimentally affecting the physical and mental health of people of all ages in all countries and cultures. Mental and emotional behavioral challenges such as anxiety and depression have peaked to a level not seen before.
With current global situation in view, Ganga Darshan Vishwa Yoga Peeth and Sannyasa Peeth, Munger are jointly presenting a year long project to help alleviate the debilitating conditions faced by human society. Through yoga we can begin to live a life of connection, balance, contentment and thus experience health, happiness and harmony.

Daily Sadhana
Do Good Be Good- Encourage all to do one good deed a day. The smile, love and gratitude on the recipients face will inspire everyone to do better and be better and to realize that one positive act, no matter how small, does make a difference to the society and the world we live in.
Continue to practice asanas and pranayamas as per your regular sadhana with a focus to attain best health, stamina and vitality.
Practice Yoga Nidra at least once a day to relax, de-stress and reconnect with your inner positivity and optimism.
Practice the japa of personal mantra at night to connect with your inner self before going to sleep or in the mornings, as per your tradition, routine and time table.
Practice Likhit Japa or writing japa of a full page in a notebook, by writing in small letters your personal or a universal mantra either in Sansrit or your script as a practice of dharana.
