8. Yoga Nidra
• Rest after lunch for 40 minutes and practise yoga nidra.
• Or set time for yoga nidra practice daily at a specific time (morning or afternoon.)
This sadhana is 30 minutes long and helps in de-stressing, relaxing, recovering, recharging.
