Theme 2025–2026: “The Yoga of Connection – For a Balanced and Meaningful Life”
This vibrant and uplifting circle brings together women from around the world who are dedicated to personal growth and to making a positive difference through awareness, service, and example.
Throughout the year we will explore four essential connections:
- With the Inner Self – cultivating awareness and emotional resilience.
- With Others – nurturing empathy, support, connection, and belonging.
- With Nature – grounding ourselves in life’s rhythm.
- With the Benevolent Force of the Universe – aligning with prāṇa and the compassionate flow of śakti, awakening inner guidance and harmony.
Together these four connections foster health, happiness, and harmony, guiding us toward a more compassionate and fulfilling life.
Yoga is not an ancient myth buried in oblivion. It is the most valuable inheritance of the present. It is the essential need of today and the culture of tomorrow.”

Closing Inspiration:
“The greatest lesson we have to learn is the lesson of life.
And this becomes available to us when we decide to step out of our routine existence and adopt some different ways to live by, even if it is for a short time.
One of these ways is ashram life — where you can stay for a few days as a sannyasin and live a life that is diametrically opposite to yours, learning how to deal with different situations, different people, and different problems — and, at the same time, learn to deal with yourself.”
— Swami Satyananda Saraswati
