Τhe purpose of Kriya Yoga is to create a higher quality of awareness.
If you do not have a microscope, you cannot see bacteria or viruses.
If you do not have a telescope, you cannot see distant stars.
In the same way, if you do not have higher awareness, you cannot experience or understand the higher Self.
- Swami Satyananda Saraswati
Ιn this Kriya Yoga seminar, Kriyas 10–20 will be taught.
This level takes us deeper into the practice, moving from Pratyahara, which was covered in the first nine Kriyas, toward the techniques of Dharana(concentration) and Dhyana (deepening meditative).
- The energy channels and centers (chakras) are purified.
- It strengthens our connection with inner energy and deeper self-knowledge.
- It removes inner tensions and limitations, creating a stable foundation for genuine spiritual experience.
- With regular practice of these Kriyas, each session becomes more meaningful and profound, gradually leading us to living, embodied awareness and deeper inner peace.
These eleven Dharana & Dhyana Kriyas are the tools for our inner transformation.
