Previous experience in Yoga is necessary.

Tattwa Shuddhi is an ancient tantric practice that purifies the body and mind as well as all other levels of human existence.

It is a systematic, precise and effective method, while at the same time enjoyable that can be applied either as an intensive sadhana for a set number of days or combined with kriya practices or other higher yoga techniques.

Our body is a sum and synthesis of the five elements or tattwas (earth, water, fire, air and ether) which can be purified and transformed thus enabling us to move into deeper practices.

 How does it benefit us?

  • By teaching us the foundations of Yoga and preparing us for all other yogic practices
  • By balancing and harmonising the energies in the physical body
  • By helping us to understand the power of the mind and making it more focused/one-pointed
  • By awakening our inner potential
  • By helping us understand the creation of the universe and our connection to it
  • By increasing our awareness and thereby discovering the subtle dimensions of this expanded awareness

Detailed instructions for all practices will be given throughout the sessions, lectures and workshops.

The seminar program includes theory and practice:

  • Morning yoga classes with specialized practices (Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha)
  • Yoga Nidra of the Satyananda System
  • TattwaShuddhi meditation technique
  • Tratak meditation technique
  • Dharana meditation technique (focusing on theTattwas)
  • Walking Pranayama
  • Seva Yoga

Tattwa Suddhi is the key to opening the door to higher dimensions of energy and consciousness.

– Swami Satyananda Saraswati
