For maximum benefit one needs to regularly attend sessions. Please arrive 10 minutes before as the session starts on time.
Wear light and comfortable clothes. Bring your own yoga mat. Meditation pillows and blankets will be provided. Ensure that your last meal was at least 3 hours before the session you will attend and 1 hour before the last snack.
