Satyananda Yoga is an internationally renowned system of yoga belonging to the tradition developed by Sri Swami Satyananda Saraswati as inspired by the teachings of his guru Sri Swami Sivananda Saraswati and continued by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati and their lineage.

The Pawanmuktasana series I,II & III are the hallmark of Satyananda Yoga and are used to manage rheumatism , arthritis , heart problems and other ailments; to improve the digestive system to increase the energy flow and iimprove vitality in the entire body as well as maintain good health. Sri Swami Satyananda was also the first to define and teach the sequence of the stages of many ancient meditation practices such as ajapa japa, antar mouna, chidakasha dharana, a number of pranayama practices and Satyananda Yoga Nidra®.
